Nedbank Group Limited- Results for the year ended 31 December 2022

• Revenue grew by 11% to R63 578m.
• Expenses grew by 8% to R36 425m.
• Basic EPS grew by 27% to 2 932 cents per share.
• Net asset value per share grew by 5% to 21 533 cents.
• The Board has declared a final dividend of 866 cents per share and will be paid on Monday, 17 April 2023.

Sea Harvest Group Limited- Financial Results for the year ended 31 December 2022

• Revenue grew by 27% to R5 875 295 000.
• Gross profit fell by 6% to R1 337 942 000.
• Profit after tax fell by 32% to R294 065 000.
• Basic EPS fell by 34% to 111 cents per share.

Shoprite Holdings Limited- Unaudited results for the 26 weeks ended 1 January 2023

• Sale of merchandise grew by 16.8% to R106 276 million.
• Trading profit grew by 8.6% to R6 014 million.
• Operating profit grew by 18.7% to R6 212 million.
• Profit for the period grew by 19.9% to R3 267 million.
• Basic EPS grew by 20.9% to 599.5 cents per share.
• The Board has declared an interim dividend of 248 cents per share.

Lego Group Results

• In 2022 they brought in Revenue of $6.2B up 17% YoY which resulted in Net Income of $2B up 3.7%.

Meta

• Meta plan to cut thousands more employees as soon as this week.
• The imminent round of cuts is being driven by financial targets and is separate from the flattening".

Tesla

• Tesla plans to spend $5 Billion to build its new Mexico Gigafactory.
• The factory will sit on a 4,200 acres piece of land and will employ 7,000 people.
