South Africa

British American Tobacco

• the Board had declared an interim dividend of 230.9p per ordinary share of 25p, payable in four equal quarterly installments of 57.72p per ordinary share in May 2023, August 2023, November 2023, and February 2024.

RCL Foods Limited- Trading statement

• EPS is expected to be at least 34.2 cents (30.0%) lower than the comparative period reported EPS of 114.0 cents.

Capital Appreciation Limited

• Capital Appreciation has concluded the acquisition of Dariel Solutions Proprietary Limited.

Copper 360 Limited

• Copper 360 Limited has received metallurgical test results from the Rietberg copper mine drill core samples.
• The test results show a copper recovery rate of over 90%, exceeding the planned recovery rate of 80%, at a particle size of 80% passing 75 microns.
• The concentrate grade after one cleaning step is greater than 48%, compared to the normal grade of 25%.
• The test results indicate that more copper will be recovered with less energy and less concentrate mass per higher copper concentration, which will positively impact the profitability of the new processing plant being built.
