Italtile Limited- Voluntary Trading Statement for the Six Months Ended 31 December 2022

  • EPS is expected to be between 77.3 cents per share and 79.5 cents per share, representing a decrease of between 5.4% and 8%.

Alphamin Resources Corp

  • The company has announced record tin production of 12 493 tonnes, up 14% from the prior year.
  • Q4 tin production of 3 113 tonnes exceeded market guidance of 3 000 tonnes.
  • Net cash grew by 60% to $109 335 000.
  • A final dividend for FY2022 of CAD$0.03 per share declared, which will be paid on Friday, 10 March.

Vodacom Group Limited- Trading update for the quarter ended 31 December 2022

  • Group revenue grew by 14.8% to R30.7 billion, which the acquisition of Vodafone Egypt impacted positively.
  • Group service revenue grew by 16.1% to R23 998 million.
  • South Africa service revenue grew 3.0% to R23 998 million.
  • Financial services revenue increased 30.6% to R2.6 billion.
  • VodaPay super-app has reached 4.5 million downloads.

Shoprite Holdings Limited- Operational update for the six months ended 1 January 2023

  • The Shoprite Group increased the total sale of merchandise by 16.8% to R106.3 billion for the sixth-month period to 1 January 2023.
  • The supermarkets RSA segment reported sales growth of 17.5% to R85.1 billion.
  • The Non-RSA supermarkets segment reported sales growth of 17.5% to R10.0 billion.
  • The furniture segment reported sales growth of 8.6% to R3.9 billion.

Renergen Limited

  • Renergen is preparing for a potential initial public offering in the United States of American Depositary Shares and listing on the Nasdaq in 2023.
  • Renergen is seeking approval to issue additional shares by way of a specific issue of shares for cash in order to raise the requisite equity funding for Phase 2.
