Naspers Limited- Dealings in securities

• A director disposed of 27 360 Naspers shares worth R92 438 255.23.

Nampak Limited- Voluntary trading update for the three months to 31 December 2022

• Revenue grew more than 20% compared to the prior comparable period.
• Operating profit before net impairments fell mainly due to foreign exchange losses.
• Higher foreign exchange losses and net finance costs coupled with a higher effective tax rate impacted net profits.
• Nampak said that the strategic turnaround plan, which has been in place since September 2022, is starting to yield positive returns.
• The strategic plan has yielded an estimated annual working capital benefit and liquidity improvement in excess of R500 million.

Pan African Resources PLC- Operational update for the six months ended 31 December 2022

• Gold production fell from 108 085oz to 92 307oz.
• Agreements have been made to restructure Barberton Mines underground operations.
• Full-year production guidance of 195 000oz to 205 000oz has been maintained.
• Net senior debt grew by 108.8% to US$49.9 million.

• Retail segment revenue grew by 8.2% to R22 417 million.
• Fintech segment revenue fell by 10% to R1 906 million.
• Group revenue grew by 6.5% to R24 323 million.
• PEP recorded sales growth of 6.2%, while Ackermans sales growth fell by 2.9%.
