Nedbank Group Limited- Dealings in securities

• A prescribed officer sold 30 000 shares for a total value of R6.8 million.

Netcare Limited

• Old Mutual Limited has purchased Netcare shares and now owns just over 5% of the Company.

Montauk Renewables Inc

• Montauk plans to develop a renewable natural gas (RNG) facility in Orange County, California.
• The facility is expected to have a production capacity of approximately 3,600 MMBtu per day and a targeted commissioning date in 2026.
• The capital investment for the project is estimated to be between $85 million and $95 million.
• The project aims to process large and growing volumes of biogas, exceeding the existing capacity of the company's Renewable Electric Generation (REG) facility.

Omnia Holdings Limited- Dealings in securities

• A director, prescribed officer and company secretary collectively sold 81 153 shares for a total value of R4.7 million.

• A director sold 19 900 shares for a total of R65 million.
