Grindrod Shipping Holdings Limited

• Grindrod Shipping Holdings Ltd. announces ship sales and debt repayments totaling approximately $26.6 million.
• The sales include the 2015-built ultramax bulk carrier IVS Hirono for $23.8 million and the 2010-built handysize bulk carrier IVS Sentosa for $10.9 million.
• The company also entered contracts to sell the 2015-built supramax bulk carrier IVS Pinehurst and the 2014-built handysize bulk carrier IVS Kestrel.
• The net proceeds from the sales will be used to repay outstanding debt on the company's senior secured credit facility.
• Grindrod Shipping predominantly owns and operates a fleet of drybulk vessels and is based in Singapore with offices in London, Durban, Tokyo, and Rotterdam.

• In just Q1 2023 YouTube brought in $6.69 Billion of revenue from ads.
