Capitec Bank Holdings Limited- Financial Statements And Dividend Declaration For The Year Ended 28 February 2023

• Operating profit before tax increased by 12% to R12.199 billion.
• HEPS increased by 15% to 8 420 cents per share.
• EPS increased by 14% to 8 415 cents per share.
• Net Asset Value increased by 9% to R39.085 billion.
• Capitec declared a final gross dividend of 2 800 cents per share and will be paid on Monday, 15 May 2023.
