• Basic EPS for H1 2023 expected to be 21% to 26% higher than H1 2022.

Cashbuild Limited

• EPS to decrease between 75% and 80% compared to prior year.

Montauk Renewables INC.

• Montauk Renewables, Inc. has made agreements to expand waste-to-renewable energy in North Carolina.
• The company has signed a Renewable Energy Certificates (REC) Agreement with Duke Energy for a proposed waste-to-renewable energy facility in Sampson County, North Carolina.
• Montauk is building the Turkey Creek facility using patented near zero emissions conversion technology.
• The facility will convert swine waste into renewable electricity, renewable natural gas, and other renewable commodities like biochar fertilizer.
• Duke Energy will purchase electricity and swine waste Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from the conversion under a 15-year agreement.
• The project aims to generate up to 47,000 RECs per year once fully commissioned.
