Transaction Capital Limited- Pre-close operational update

• Transaction Capital has raised R1.3 billion by selling new shares to investors.
• Transaction Capitals strong performance in the 2022 financial year has been driven by high earnings growth from Transaction Capital Risk Services and WeBuyCars.
• WeBuyCars is now Transaction Capitals largest business, as it generated almost 50% of headline earnings attributable to the Group.
• WeBuyCars earnings are still in line with expectations.
• GoMo was launched in HY2022 and aims to disrupt and capture market share in an under-penetrated used vehicle F&I sector.
• GoMo will broaden the SA Taxi addressable market and diversify revenue.
• Transaction Capital Risk Services earnings are expected to grow at a high rate in the medium term.
