Hammerson plc- Q3 trading, operational and rent collection update

• Year-to-date, like-for-like gross rental income increased by 11%.
• UK Q3 sales grew by 4%, France Q3 sales grew by 3%, and Ireland Q3 sales grew by 2%.
• Group Q3 22 rent collections to date are at 93% and are expected to improve further.
