Mustek Limited

• Neels Coetzee, an Executive Director of Mustek, will take over as Divisional Managing Director of Mustek, the biggest operating company in the Group.
• Shabana Aboo Baker Ebrahim will take over as the Group Financial Director and assist the newly appointed CEO, Hein Engelbrecht.

Alphamin Resources Corp.

• The company reported a record quarterly tin production of 3,180 tonnes.
• Q2 EBITDA guidance of US$66.5m.
• The board declared an Interim dividend for FY2022 of CAD$0.03 per share.

Tesla

• Tesla is reportedly going to shut down production at Gigafactory Berlin in order to upgrade the factory and add a shift to achieve higher production capacity.
• Tesla has been awarded patents for a Cantilever stator and an electronically controlled seat system with tilt-and-slide mode.

Ford

• Ford has announced that it sold 152 262 vehicles in June, up 31.5% YoY.
• The company sold a total of 4 353 EVs in June, up 76.6% YoY.
