PBT Group Limited- Interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 and distribution declaration

• Revenue grew by 14.5% to R536.50 million.
• Operating profit grew by 4.2% to R61.76 million.
• Profit for the year grew by 5.5% to R43.85 million.
• EPS fell by 3.5% to 35.79 cents per share.
• Net asset value grew by 13.6% to 3.27 cents.
• The board declared a final distribution of 25 cents per share which will be paid on Tuesday, 27 December 2022.

Santam Limited- Operational Update to Securityholders following the Santam board meeting held on 30 November 2022

• The Conventional Insurance business achieved a strong gross written premium growth of 8% considering the difficult underwriting environment.
• The company said that The Santam Specialist business recorded excellent growth in gross written premiums.
• Santam is waiting for approvals for the disposal of its 10% interest in SAN JV to Allianz Europe BV and is expecting completion by mid-2023.
• The weakening of the Rand against the US Dollar has resulted in significant foreign currency gains on shareholder investments, whilst the bond market remained volatile.

Microsoft

• Microsoft just declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share unchanged from its previous dividend.

• Disney Channel and ESPN Lost 2 million Subscribers in the Fiscal Year.
