• Revenue improved by double digits for the eleven months ended 31 August 2022.
• This was driven by the performance of Barloworlds equipment businesses.
• Value to shareholders was shown through ordinary dividends, special dividends and share buybacks.

• Industrial Partnership Investments Pty Ltd has sold its entire stake in Grindrod.
• Remgro Limited has acquired Grindrod shares and now holds 25.0% of the total number of Grindrod ordinary shares.
