• Revenue increased by 2% to R16.8 billion.
• Group operating income decreased by 5% to R1.5 billion.
• Group operating margin declined from 9.6% to 8.9%
• EPS declined 3% to 733 cents per share.
• HEPS declined 2% to 729 cents per share.
• Interim dividend of 320 cents per share was declared. 
• The share buy-back programme has officially commenced.
• Sales volumes declined 1%.
• The company is trying to cut costs, but says prices are likely to increase more than 10% in the months ahead.

Mediclinic International PLC- Full-year results for the year ended 31 March 2022 & dividend declaration

• Group revenue increased by 8% thanks to growth in client activity.
• Group adjusted EBITDA increased by 22% largely due to revenue growth
• EBITDA margin improved to 16.1%.
• Operating profit up 34% to 280m.
• EPS increased by 65%.
• Cash and cash equivalents improved to 534m.
• Proposed final dividend of 3.00 pence per share

Grindrod Shipping Holdings Limited- Unaudited financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2022

• Revenues of $110.3 million compared to $68.4 million in 2021
• Gross profit of $40.7 million compared to $12.6 million in 2021
• Profit for the period of $29.0 million compared to $3.1 million in 2021
• Compared to a year ago, Grindrod Shipping's earnings were up 13-fold in the first quarter.

• CoinBase has become the first crypto company to make the fortune 500.
• The fortune 500 is an annual list published by Fortune Magazine that ranks 500 of largest United States corporations by total revenue for their fiscal year.

• 231.9k shares in Roku and 26.1k shares of Tesla.
