Sibanye Stillwater- Results for the six months ended 30 June 2022

• Basic Earnings fell 106.7% to R12 016 million.
• Adjusted EBITDA fell 44.36% to R22 561 million.
• The acquisition of a majority stake in the Keliber Project is progressing well and the company expects ownership of more than 80%.
• The integration of the Sandouville nickel refinery is well advanced.
• Wage settlement at SA gold operations has been reached.
• The board has declared an interim dividend of 138 cents per share, to be paid on Monday, 19 September 2022.

Gold Fields Limited

• Profit attributable to owners of the parent of $510 million compared to $387 million reported in the prior comparable period.
• Gold production increased 8.8% to 1 201 000 oz.
• Revenue grew 2.9% to $1 851 million.
• Net debt improved from $1 097 million to $851 million.
• HEPS grew 28.9% to 58 U.S cents per share.
• The board declared an interim dividend of 300 SA cents per share to be paid on 19 September 2022.

• Revenue grew 20.8% to R34 133 552 000.
• Excise duty up by 26.9% to R10 500 000 000.
• Headline earnings grew 36.8% to R2 314 948 000.

Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited- Audited Group financial results and cash dividend declaration for the year ended 30 June 2022

• Revenue grew 12% to R8 705 817 000.
• Gross profit grew 14% to R3 057 755 000.
• HEPS grew 24% to 502.0 cents per share.
• The Board has declared a final dividend of 109 cents per share, to be paid on Monday, 19 September 2022.

Impala Platinum Limited

• Impala has acquired a further 475 000 Royal Bafokeng shares and now holds approximately 38.10% of the Royal Bafokeng Shares in issue.

Amazon

• Amazon and Plug Power have announced they have signed a hydrogen supply deal.
• Plug Power granted Amazon warrants to buy up to 16M shares of Plug Power as a part of this deal.
