Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited- Trading statement

• EPS is expected to increase by between 43.6% and 45.9% to between 69.5 cents per share and 70.6 cents per share.

Altron Limited- Results for the six months ended 31 August 2022

• Revenue grew 15% to R5.3 billion.
• Net profit after tax grew 420% to R96 million.
• EPS grew 340% to 24 cents.
• The company has declared a gross interim cash dividend of 16 cents per share that will be paid on Monday, 14 November.

Netcare Limited- Dividend declaration

• Netcare has declared a preference dividend of 349.1 cents per preference share that will be paid on Monday, 14 November 2022.

• The U.S. budget deficit was cut in half for the fiscal year 2022, the biggest drop in history.
• The budget shortfall declined to $1.375 Trillion, compared to the 2021 deficit of $2.776 Trillion.

• Hyundai has lowered its 2022 vehicle sales forecast by 7% to 4.01 million vehicles.

• Mastercard has announced it's launching a program to let financial institutions offer cryptocurrency trading to their clients.
