• Revenue grew by 11% at R128.4 million.
• Operating profit grew by 22% to R14.6 million.
• Net profit before tax grew by 38% to R20.5 million.
• EPS grew by 53% to 149.7 cents.
• The board resolved to declare a dividend of 100 cents per ordinary share which will be paid on Monday, 19 December 2022.

Mr Price Group Limited- Interim group results for the 26 weeks ended 1 October 2022 and cash dividend declaration

• Group revenue grew by 6.5% to R13.3bn.
• Basic EPS grew by 13.7% to 500.1 cents.
• The company declared an interim gross cash dividend of 312.5 cents per share which will be paid on Monday, 19 December 2022.

Tsogo Sun Gaming Limited- Results and dividend declaration for the six months ended 30 September 2022

• Income grew 43% to R5.5 billion.
• EPS grew 106% to 64.1 cents per share.
• The board of directors has resolved to declare an interim gross cash dividend of 30.0 cents per share which will be paid on Tuesday, 27 December 2022.

Lewis Group Limited- Results for the six months ended 30 September 2022

• Revenue increased by 4.0% to R3.5 billion.
• Merchandise sales increased by 4.3% to R2.1 billion.
• EPS decreased by 0.1% to 341 cents.
• The company declared an interim gross cash dividend of 195 cents per share which will be paid on 23 January 2023.

Kaap Agri Limited- Results for the year ended 30 September 2022 and dividend declaration

• Revenue grew by 48.4% to R15.70 billion.
• EPS increased by 23.1% to 562.54 cents per share.
• EBITDA grew by 21.8% to R673.2 million.
• The final gross dividend increased by 9.9% to 122.00 cents per share which will be paid on Monday, 20 February 2023.

• Revenue grew by 170% to R2 481 million.
• Six-month occupancy at 46.0%.
• Net debt reduced to R2.5 billion.
• Basic and diluted profit per share grew by 305.5% to 22.6 cents per share.
