DRDGold- Condensed consolidated reviewed provisional results for the year ended 30 June 2022 

• Revenue decreased 3% to R5,118.5 million.
• Operating profit fell 22% to R1,685.1 million.
• EPS fell 22% to 131.2 cents per share.

Impala Platinum Holdings Limited

• Impala Platinum has announced that it has concluded a Framework Agreement with the Minister of Trade, Industry, and Competition in respect of the proposed transaction.
• The terms of the proposed transaction include Impala Platinum obtaining a 50%+1 shareholding in Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited.
• The competition commission has given the proposed transaction the All clear.
• The cash portion of the Offer Consideration will remain at R90 per a Royal Bafokeng share.

Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited- Trading statement for the year ended 30 June 2022

• The company expects an EPS of between a loss of 160 and 189 cents per share, representing a decrease of between 119% and 122.44%.
