Renergen Limited

  • Renergen has announced the successful placement of an aggregate of 4 365 670 shares.
  • 2 336 449 CHESS Depository Interests were placed at A$2.14 per security.
  • 2 029 221 new ordinary shares at R24.64 per security.
  • A total of R107.6 million was raised.

Telkom SA SOC Ltd- Results for the six months ended 30 September 2022

  • Revenue fell by 0.7% to R21 150 million.
  • EBITDA fell by 17.3% with EBITDA margin at 23.4%.
  • Basic EPS fell by 52.5% to 131.6 cents per share.
  • IT revenue grew by 16.5% to R3 119 million.
  • Mobile customer base grew by 10.9% to 18.0 million.

Prosus

  • Prosus has acquired the remaining 33.3% stake in Ifood from Just Eat for EUR1.5bn in cash.

RFG Holdings Limited- Results for the year ended 2 October 2022 and cash dividend declaration

  • Group revenue grew by 21.9% to R7.3 billion.
  • Operating profit grew by 54.1% to R574 million.
  • The board of directors has declared a gross cash dividend of 45.8 cents per share which will be paid on Monday, 23 January 2023.

Prosus- Interim Results announcement for the six months ended 30 September 2022

  • Revenue from total operations grew by 23.3% to $3 780 million.
  • Operating loss from total operations improved by 77% to a loss of $70 million.
  • EPS from total operations fell by 82% to 181 U.S. cents per share.

Glencore PLC

  • Glencore has entered into an agreement with Metals Acquisition Corp to sell Glencores Cobar copper mine in New South Wales, Australia and will receive US$1.1 billion.

  • EPS of $7.44 beating expectations of $7.11.
  • Revenue of $15.54B beating expectations of $13.39B.
