• Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway has filed for its purchase of 9.55M shares of Occidental.

Tesla

• Tesla plans to suspend production at its Shanghai Gigafactory for the first 2 weeks of July to upgrade the site.

CoinBase

• Coinbase has announced that later this year it will be shutting down Coinbase Pro to "migrate all advanced trading into one unified Coinbase account".

Blackrock

• BlackRock is reportedly poised for a "major expansion" in Singapore.
• Blackrock is said to be in discussions to add three office floors and a part of the expansion includes relocating some Hong Kong staff according to Bloomberg.
