Aveng Limited- Audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022

• Group revenue grew by 1.94% to R26.2 million.
• Operating earnings grew 7.46% to R576 million.
• Earnings decreased 86.84% to R130 million.
• Operating free cash inflow decreased by more than 100% to R612 million.
• EPS decreased by 92.07% to 106 cents per share.
• External debt reduced to R481 million from R879 million.

• Revenue grew by 15% to R4 291 million.
• Ferrochrome production grew by 2% to 203kt.
• EBITDA grew by 68% to R1 373 million.
• HEPS grew by 59.48% to 37 cents per share.

• Net asset value grew by 10% to R4 145 million.
• 4% increase in cash to R1 015 million.
• The board declared an interim cash dividend of 12 cents per share, up from 7 cents per share.
