  • Montauk was ranked #1 in Sunday Times Top 100 companies.

Afine Investments Limited- Results 6 months ended 31 August & Declaration of Cash Dividend

  • Revenue grew by 0.25% to R21 761 170.
  • Profit from operating activities fell by 0.73% 
  • The company declared a gross interim cash dividend of 19.3 cents per share which will be paid on Monday, 12 December.

Goldfields Group Limited- Emerald Auction Results

  • Total auction revenues of $30.8 million.
  • 92% of the lots were sold.
  • 94% of the carats offered were sold.
  • Kagems 2022 auction revenues have now set a new annual record of $149.4 million.

  • Mark Zuckerberg has told Meta employees that WhatsApp and Messenger are what will drive its next wave of sales growth.

Budweiser

  • Budweiser paid $75 million to be a sponsor of the Fifa world cup in Qatar.
  • However, Qatar is set to ban all beer sales at and around its World Cup stadiums just two days before the tournament begins.
