Vodacom Group Limited- Preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2022
Revenue increased by 4.5% to R102.7 billion. 
Net profit increased 3.9% to R17.7 billion
Added 5.9 million customers, to a total of 129.6 million across the Group.
Free cash flow up 4.6%.
Full year dividend of R8.50 a share, which is an increase of 3%. 
Vodacoms policy of paying 90% of headline earnings to shareholders will be changed to 75%.

Life Healthcare Group Holdings Limited- Trading Statement
Expects a decrease of more than 20% in EPS 
This decline in EPS can be attributed to two contributors during H1-2021 which have not recurred in the current period: Disposal of Scanmed S.A. (Scanmed) and the COVID-19-related contracts.

Raubex Group Limited- Audited Results for the year ended 28 February 2022
Revenue increased to R11.58 billion, up 30.9%.
Operating profit increased to R945.3 million, up 159.4%.
Headline earnings per share increased to 297.4 cents per share, up 263.1%.
Cash generated from operations decreased to R800.1 million, down 39.8%.

Astral Foods Limited- Unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2022
Revenue increased 26%.
Operating profit increased 134%.
Earnings per share increased 146%.
Headline earnings per share increased 138%.
Interim dividend 790 cents per share.

Sirius Real Estate Limited
Sirius announced that they have Agreed to a 16 Million Sale of Bizspace Business Park In London, which they acquired late last year.

Balwin Properties
Sold 2,962 apartments, up from 2,546 the year before.
Profits of R363 million were up 8%.

Electric Vehicles
83% of car sales in Norway were EVs.

McDonalds
McDonalds is selling its Russian portfolio of restaurants to a local buyer.
