• Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited has acquired Stadio shares and now holds 10.10% of the company's total issued ordinary share capital.

FirstRand Limited- Audited results for the year ended 30 June 2022

• Basic EPS grew 23% to 584.3 cents per share.
• Earnings have fully recovered and are significantly above peak 2019 levels.
• ROE was reported to be 20.6% compared to 18.4% in the prior period.
• Deposits grew 7% to 1 655 972.
• FirstRand declared the highest annual dividend in its history of 342 cents per share, as well as a special dividend of 125 cents per share.

Remgro Limited- Trading statement for the year ended 30 June 2022

• The company expects a HEPS of between 1 123.3 cents per share and 1 174.4 cents per share, representing an increase of between 120% and 130%.

• Anheuser-Busch said it will promote its alcohol-free beer at the World Cup in Qatar.
• "Restrictions around when and where fans can drink alcohol in Qatar will give us an opportunity to shine a light on non-alcoholic Budweiser Zero, its marketing chief said".
