South Africa

Transaction Capital Limited- Results and Dividend Declaration for the year ended 30 September 2022

  • Revenue grew 26% to R2 978 million.
  • WeBuyCars core earnings grew by 41% to R762 million and is now Transaction Capitals largest business, generating almost 43% of core earnings attributable to the group.
  • SA Taxi core earnings fell by 26% to R369 million.
  • GoMo has received a positive market response, with the number of loan applications being significantly higher than expected.
  • The board has declared a final gross cash dividend of 37 cents per share which will be paid on Monday 5 December 2022.

Renergen Limited

  • The liquified natural gas (LNG) plant is back in operation and producing LNG after repairs.
  • Commercial delivery to customers will commence later this week.
  • Renergen is now focused on turning on the helium liquefaction module.

Stor-Age Property REIT Limited- Results for the six months ended 30 September 2022

  • Property revenue grew by 19.15% to R513 711 000.
  • EPS grew 26.6% to 116.05 cents per share.
  • The company declared a gross final dividend of 60.05 cents per share which will be paid on Monday, 5 December.

Ninety One Limited- Interim results for the six months to 30 September 2022

  • Closing assets under management decreased by 8% to GBP132.3 billion.
  • Basic EPS decreased by 16% to 9.4 pence.
  • Profit before tax fell 16% to GBP110.6 million.
  • The Board has declared a gross interim dividend of 6.5 pence per share which will be paid on 15 December 2022.

  • Amazon clinic is a message-based online healthcare service that offers treatments for over 20 common health conditions such as allergies, dandruff, hair loss, birth control, erectile dysfunction, and acne.
