ABSA Group Limited- Consolidated results for the period ended 30 June 2022

• Total income grew 14% to R46 958 million.
• HEPS grew 29.8% to 1 280.2 cents.
• Basic EPS grew 28.4% to 1 262.5 cents.
• Return on equity grew from 13.9% to 16.6%.
• Dividend per ordinary share grew by more than 100% to 650 cents to be paid on Monday, 19 September 2022.

Spur Corporation Limited- Trading statement for the year ended 30 June 2022

• The company expects an EPS of between 141.33 cents and 146.88 cents, representing an increase of between 27.5% and 32.5%.

Thungela Resources Limited- 2022 Interim results 

• Profit for the reporting period was R9.6 billion (H1 2021: R351 million).
• Adjusted operating free cash flow of R8.9 billion and net cash position of R14.8 billion.
• Interim ordinary cash dividend declared of R60 per share.
• Revenue grew 161% to R26 176 million.
• EPS grew 2 048% to 6 723 cents.
