• Cartrack subscribers grew 14% to 1 600 013.
• Net Cartrack subscriber additions grew 36% to 57 251.
• Total revenue grew 30% to R859 million.
• Subscription revenue increased 17% to R734 million.
• Profit for the period grew 26% to ZAR155 million.
• Earnings per share grew 28% to ZAR4.93.
• Cash generated from operating activities grew 42% to ZAR240 million.

Grindrod Limited- Trading update

• Maputo Port volumes were up 23% against the prior period.
• Grindrods drybulk terminals volumes were up 47% on the prior period.

PSG Konsult Limited- Results For The Six Months Ended 31 August 2022

• Recurring headline earnings per share increased by 1% to 31.0 cents per share.
• Total assets under management grew by 7% to R317.0bn.

• EPS of $2.79 missing expectations of $2.97.
