• Grindrod Shipping has entered into an agreement with Taylor Maritime Investments Limited.
• Taylor Maritime Investments has made a cash offer for all of the issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
• The offer equates to $506 million (R9.2 billion).

• AngloGold Ashanti targets a 30% reduction in its Scope 1 and 2 Greenhouse Gas emissions by 2030.

• Spear has entered into a sale of rental enterprise agreement with Inospace 2 Proprietary Limited.
