• Altron will report basic earnings per share between 23 cents and 25 cents, which is an increase of between 330% and 350%.

Afrocentric Investment Corporation Limited

• Afrocentric has received an offer from Sanlam to acquire control of Afrocentric.
• Sanlams intention is to acquire shares constituting no less than 36.9% and no more than 43.9%.
• The offer is for a purchase consideration of R6.00 per Afrocentric Share.

• Famous Brands has entered into an agreement to acquire the entire share capital and claims against Steers Properties Proprietary Limited and the entire capital and claims against Halamandaris Props Proprietary Limited.
