Nedbank Group Limited- Unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2022

• Revenue grew 11% to R30 525 million.
• Headline earnings grew 27% to R6 663 million.
• Total operating expenses grew 7% to R17 451 million.
• HEPS grew 26% to 1 370 cents.
• Basic EPS grew 31% to 1 412 cents.
• The board declared an interim dividend of 783 cents per share.

Jubilee Metals Group PLC- Operations and projects update

• Jubilee successfully completed its ZAR 1.2 billion investment program to diversify and expand the Companys PGM, copper, and cobalt operational footprint.
• Construction and commissioning of the new 45% expanded Inyoni operations were completed in March 2022.
• Jubilee achieved increased production of 21 140 PGM ounces for the six-month period.
• 95% of PGM ounces were produced at the new Inyoni operations during the six-month period.
• In Zambia, Copper production increased 14% to 1 388 tonnes.

Renergen Limited- Central Energy Fund Due Diligence Successfully Completed on R1bn Investment

• Renergen has announced the successful completion of due diligence by the Central Energy Fund SOC Limited, on its agreement to invest R1bn for a 10% ownership stake in the Virginia Gas Project.
• Both parties have now commenced engaging with their respective stakeholders to obtain final approvals to complete the transaction.
