• Revenue increased 175% to R 728 717 000.
• Basic earnings per combined shares in issue increased 448% to 180.85 cents.
• Basic headline earnings per combined shares in issue decreased 70% to 6.07 cents.
• The company will pay a dividend of 61.52 cents per A share and 21.33 cents per B share.
• Merger between Arrowhead Properties Limited and Fairvest Property Holdings Limited has been successfully concluded.
• Distributable income of 61.52 cents per A share.
• Distributable income of 21.33 cents per B share
• The company reported a Pay-out ratio of 100%.
• 2% increase in net property income.

BHP Group

• The company has announced that the merger of BHPs oil and gas portfolio with Woodside Energy Group Limited by an all-stock merger has completed today.

• The Company announced that it has signed a put option agreement with GR Global Ventures LLC, a United States of America based investment group, to provide the Group with up to R300 million in committed equity capital in cash over the next 36 months.

• HP have just reported earnings.
• EPS of $1.08 beating expectations of $1.05.
• Rev of $16.5B beating expectations of $16.17B.

Victoria's Secret

• Victoria's secret have just released their earnings.
• EPS of $1.11 beating expectations of $0.84.
• Rev of $1.48B in line with expectations.

Amazon

• Amazon is expected to implement its stock split in 1 week.
• Amazon is shutting down its smart home camera the Cloud Cam replacing customers' devices with a Blink Mini.
• Amazon says its now focusing its efforts on Ring and Blink according to Tech Crunch.

Apple

• Apple is reportedly bringing a bunch of new updates to iPhones and iPads with its upcoming software releases, iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 which is expected to be announced during its WWDC 2022 developer keynote on June 6th.

Tesla

• Panasonic said today it has shipped samples of its more powerful 4680 format electric car battery to Tesla ahead of its planned production ramp up.
