Thungela Resources Limited- Trading Statement for the six months ended 30 June 2022
- Thungela expects an EPS of between R66.85 and R67.45 compared to an EPS of R3.13 for the six months ended 30 June 2021.

PepsiCo
- Celsius and Pepsi have announced a new long-term strategic distribution arrangement for Pepsi to begin distributing Celisus' drinks.
- As part of the deal, Pepsi will invest $550M into Celsius for convertible preferred stock.
- Shares were priced at $75 per share, or ~7.33M shares, equating to ~8.5% ownership in Celsius on an as-converted basis. 
- The preferred shares are entitled to a 5% annual dividend.
