Will history repeat itself?

Stocks have historically bounced back - and quite strongly - after big 2- quarter drops. We have seen quite a positive week in the markets both locally and globally. Volatility is certainly still expected with continuos rate hikes. But perhaps we can expect a turn of events to be near.
